On January\u00a022nd, at 8.30 pm,\u00a0we are glad to invite you to a tasting night dedicated to the Slow Food<\/a>‘s Snails\u00a0of Trapani province: 3 wine producers and 1 restaurant, all of them awarded the Snail accolade in both 2016 Wine and Restaurant guides. For the occasion the Chef and owner of Ristorante Le Lumie<\/a> created this special menu\u00a0to be paired\u00a0with the wines of each wine producer:<\/p>\n

– \u00a0“Bid\u00ec”, wheat flour “Cabbuceddri” (fried bread) with anchovies, weeds and broccoli “arriminati” paired with\u00a0our\u00a0Marsala Vergine 1988<\/a><\/p>\n

– Creamy “Frascatole” (the “wrong” cous cous)\u00a0with blue lobster\u00a0and\u00a0almonds, perfumed with\u00a0lemon paired with our\u00a0Integer Grillo 2014<\/a><\/p>\n

– \u00a0Three ways of cooking fish\u00a0paired with Nino Barraco<\/a>‘s Pignatello<\/a><\/p>\n

– Mascarpone mousse with quince jelly, almond shortcrust pastry and candied capers paired with Salvatore Ferrandes’ Passito di Pantelleria<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Entry fee\u00a0of 40 euro per person for Slow Food members, 45 euros per person for non members.<\/p>\n
