The great party of wine on the Etna

Sandro Dibella’s Cave Ox, a cult “osteria” on the Etna slopes, in collaboration with Les Caves de Pyrene, is organizing a great wine tasting focused on natural wines, next Friday. July 24th, in Solicchiata.

One of the best natural wines distributor in Europe, Les Caves de Pyrene, has a broad catalog including from Loire, the whole of France, and Italy, and going up to Slovenia e Georgia.

In the house, other than the host and his amazing pizzas, also Andrea Graziano from FUD Bottega Sicula and the wandering chef Carmelo Chiaramonte. We will take part to the event with some other wine lovers and producers such as Vino di Anna, Marabino and Porta del Vento.

The ticket is 25 EUR per person, plus 5 EUR for the glass. Reservation is not necessary as a buffet will be served.
