The Snail’s dinner

On January 22nd, at 8.30 pm, we are glad to invite you to a tasting night dedicated to the Slow Food‘s Snails of Trapani province: 3 wine producers and 1 restaurant, all of them awarded the Snail accolade in both 2016 Wine and Restaurant guides. For the occasion the Chef and owner of Ristorante Le Lumie created this special menu to be paired with the wines of each wine producer:

–  “Bidì”, wheat flour “Cabbuceddri” (fried bread) with anchovies, weeds and broccoli “arriminati” paired with our Marsala Vergine 1988

– Creamy “Frascatole” (the “wrong” cous cous) with blue lobster and almonds, perfumed with lemon paired with our Integer Grillo 2014

–  Three ways of cooking fish paired with Nino Barraco‘s Pignatello

– Mascarpone mousse with quince jelly, almond shortcrust pastry and candied capers paired with Salvatore Ferrandes’ Passito di Pantelleria.

Entry fee of 40 euro per person for Slow Food members, 45 euros per person for non members.
